The Olden Days
Crowds have always been a feature of New York City, for locals as well as for tourists.
Locals handle it well. A tourist scene like the Christmas tree at Rockefeller Center... is a bit much.
I tended to avoid crowds, but the energy and diversity of a normal New York is invigorating, especially when I've returned to the city from an excursion.
And now, we can only ask, what will life be? And who will still be here, and who will not?
